Hailey Drollinger enters her third season as the Head Athletic Trainer of the Washington Wild Things in 2026. She joined the team prior to the 2024 season after previous Head AT Austin Pascarella left the organization for a job with Duquesne University. She was an athletic training intern at Carle Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in the summer of 2019 during her time in undergrad at Illinois State University (Class of 2020). She got her master of science in Applied Exercise Science at Concordia University Chicago. In 2022, she worked as a minor league assistant AT with Low-A Kannapolis in the White Sox farm system before taking a position with the Houston Astros organization in 2023 with the Double-A Corpus Christi Hooks. Hailey went to Champaign Central High School.
