Sponsor Spotlight: Welcome Frank Walker Law!

Q: Why did Frank Walker Law become a sponsor with the Washington Wild Things?

A: I lived in Washington, Pa. for some time, and remembered the summer nights when the Wild Things were playing. The affordable tickets, great atmosphere and kids playing their hearts out for a call up the majors were also factors.

Q: How do you hope to connect with the local community through this partnership?

A: The Wild Things are centrally located, with a ballpark that is highly visible from the interstate. My goal is to associate my practice with the family-friendly atmosphere and winning ways of the Wild Things, so our firm becomes top of mind when legal services are needed.

Q: What is your favorite part of Wild Things games?

A: Definitely the muggy summer nights under the lights; the game turns out to be an offensive show for faithful few who stayed for the game!

Q:  Why do you encourage others to sponsor athletic teams/events?

A: I tell my two daughters to always support people who are hustling. You see a kid at a lemonade stand: buy a pitcher. You see a kid holding a car wash sign: let them wash your car. Why? It's simple: these kids could be doing something negative and impacting our community in an entirely different manner. By supporting athletic teams featuring area youth, you are supporting their dreams, keeping them out of trouble and helping to provide a safe environment for everyone.

Q: Why do you love the Washington Wild Things?

They are local and they provide an opportunity for young men to make it to the big leagues. It’s great seeing humble beginnings and being able to say, "I remember when ..."
