2012 Washington Wild Things Fan Info:

Child Admittance:
All children 3 and under are permitted into CONSOL Energy Park without a ticket.  They must sit on the Parent’s lap however.  The child can’t occupy an additional seat.  All promotional giveaways are available only for guests with tickets…unless it is a Child’s promotion. 

Ticket Office Hours:
Non-Game Days:
Mon- Fri  9 AM-5 PM
Sat 10 AM- 2 PM (during the season- May- September)

Game Days:
Mon-Fri 8:30 AM- end of the game
Sat- 9:00 AM- end of game
Sun- 10:00 AM- end of game

Ticket Exchanges:

Season Ticket Holders:
All season ticket holders can exchange tickets for games they are unable to attend.  The tickets must be exchanged up 48 hours prior to the game, the tickets are good for any other regular season home game, Monday- Thursday. No tickets will be exchanges will be given for past games.

Any tickets may also be donated 48 hours in advance of the game back to the Wild Things Ticket office to be donated to a local charitable organization to use for their members. 

General ticket sales:
All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be made. In order to secure fans' safety and enjoyment the Wild Things recommend that fans read the disclaimer on the back of the ticket.

 

Lost/ Stolen Tickets:
If you tickets are lost or stolen, please contact the Wild Things Ticket Office at
(724) 250-9555 and speak to a sales rep.  Each problem will be handled on a case by case basis.

Scalping/ Re-sale of Tickets:
Scalping and re-selling tickets is not permitted on the property at CONSOL Energy Park.  Anyone seen or caught scalping/re-selling tickets will be asked to leave the complex.

Rain- Outs:
If you have tickets to a game that is cancelled due to rain, your tickets are good for any other game during the season.  If a game is cancelled after 5 innings and it is an official game, the tickets are not able to be exchanged for any other dates.

Promotional Giveaways:
All promotional items are limited to one promo item per person.  Please check the website for age requirements and how many fans receive the promo items on a giveaway night.  These are always subject to change.

ATM:
There is an ATM located at the will call window behind home plate near the Merchandise “Cage”.

Beverages, Food, & Containers:
No bottles, cans, food, beverages, or containers of any kind may be brought in CONSOL Energy Park.  All purses and bags are also subject to being checked.

Cameras:
Still and hand-held cameras are welcome at CONSOL Energy Park. 

Disabled Seating:
Disabled and wheelchair seating is available in the lower level seating area at CONSOL Energy Park.

Customer Service Booth:
Fans can visit the Customer Service Booth behind home for any problems they may be having during the games.

Foul Balls:
The holder of each ticket assumes risk and danger arising from the action.  You are permitted to keep all foul balls that go into the stands.  You are NOT permitted to leave the ballpark to chase after foul balls that are outside of the ballpark.

Gate Times:
Gates will open an hour and a half prior the start of the game.  All other games begin at 7:05 PM so the gates open up at 6:05 PM. 

Lawn Chairs:
Lawn chairs are not permitted in the ballpark.  Blankets are allowed however for the lawn area seating.

Parking:
Parking is adjacent to the stadium for $3 per car, per game.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed inside CONSOL Energy Park.
