Yancy Yeater - Manager of Creative Services
Yancy Yeater, a seasonal staff employee from 2002 - 2004 while he was a student at West Liberty State (WV), was recently named Manager of Creative Services. Even though many Wild Things fans remember him as the “beer tender” from the first base concession stands, Yancy has most recently taken over the creative look of the Wild Things organization. He has been instrumental in designing and creating the videos and games fans enjoy on the video board at CONSOL Energy Park. Yancy has assumed a variety of other responsibilities in his new position, including the design of print materials for the organization. He will also continue oversee the promotions on the field. Yancy loves baseball, especially the Pittsburgh Pirates. He also loves the New England Patriots and the Wheeling Nailers. Yancy, who became a full time staff member with the Wild Things during the 2006 season, recalls the first night he operated the brand new video board, which short circuited the press box three times! A native of Cameron WV, Yancy currently resides in Washington.
