John Swiatek - Managing Partner
John Swiatek, the managing partner of the team, served in various senior
management positions prior to founding the Wild Things’ organization,
including president/COO of Ladbroke/USA, a division of London-based Hilton
Group PLC hospitality and gaming operations.
Swiatek holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Duquesne
University and a master’s degree in business administration from
Robert Morris College. He is a board member of Big Brother and Big Sisters,
Frontier League Director and previously served as chairman of the Pennsylvania
Racing Association, president of Harness Tracks of America, board member
of the British American Chamber of Commerce and trustee of Local #137
National Pension Fund.
Swiatek, lives in Upper St. Clair with his wife Julie and their
three children, Sean, Kristie, and Michael (and their dog, Travis), enjoys
skiing and playing basketball, and he is an avid fan of children’s
