Game Times
Games start at 7:05 p.m. unless otherwise indicated. The July 18 game will begin at 11:05 a.m.
Gates Open
Gates will open one hour prior to game time. Parking lots will open at 4 p.m. for 7:05 games.
General Ticket Information
All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be made. For your safety and enjoyment the Wild Things suggest that you carefully read the disclaimer on the back of your tickets.
Season Ticket Holder Programs
Season ticket holders will receive the first opportunity to purchase Wild Things playoff tickets and tickets to Wild Things non-baseball events; exclusive discounts to the Cage, and much more! For more information on ticket package holder benefits, visit our Season Tickets page.
Behavior Policy/Prohibited Conduct
To ensure a safe and family friendly environment, the Wild Things ask that you refrain from the following behavior, which is strictly prohibited:
- smoking at CONSOL Energy Park
- selling or otherwise distributing alcoholic beverages or any drug or intoxicant
- entering the playing field and/or interfering with a play in any way
- engaging in rowdy, profane, abusive, inconsiderate, drunken, or other inappropriate behavior
- causing property damage
Engaging in the above prohibited conduct is cause for ejection and may be cause for loss of season ticket privileges, arrest, and prosecution.
Prohibited Items List
To ensure that all guests have a safe visit to CONSOL Energy Park, the following items may not be carried into the ballpark:
- outside food & beverages
- alcoholic beverages
- illegal drugs
- weapons of any kind
- fireworks
The Wild Things not only provide a safe environment, but also a family friendly environment where guests of all ages may enjoy the game. For this reason the following items are also prohibited from the ballpark:
- bags of any kind are permitted but subject to search
- food or beverages
- coolers or containers, including cans and bottles
- video equipment and audio recorders
- pets, except service animals assisting those with disabilities
- folding chairs
- bullhorns and air horns
- helium balloons and beach balls
- other items that in the judgment of ballpark management pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of the game by other patrons
Individuals that attempt to bring a prohibited item(s) into the ballpark may be denied admission, ejected, arrested,
prosecuted, and may forfeit the privileges of their season tickets. In addition, any prohibited items will be confiscated.
Season Ticket Renewal
Season ticket holders will have the option to renew their exact same seats for the 2012 season. The renewal of season tickets is subject to any changes, limitations, and/or deadlines established by the Wild Things. The Wild Things reserve the right to refuse to sell season tickets to any individual or entity including, but not limited to, those that:
- fail to comply with any applicable payment deadline or other condition or restriction
- engage in improper conduct, including but not limited to, possessing any of the prohibited items or engaging in any of the prohibited conduct described above
- allow an individual to use their tickets who engages in improper conduct, including but not limited to, possessing any of the prohibited items or engaging in any of the prohibited conduct described above
