Rain Policy
If you have tickets to a game that is cancelled due to rain, your tickets are good for any other game during the season. If a game is cancelled after 5 innings and it is an official game, the tickets cannot be exchanged for any other dates.
Rain policy for group outings:
If your food has already been served:
Your ticket stub serves as a rain check which you can exchange at the box office for tickets to any future 2012 regular season home game, pending availability. You can either try to come again as a group or each person can choose to use their rain checks for a game that is convenient for them.
If your food has not been served:
We will do our best to reschedule the entire party, pending our availability.
Please keep in mind that rain at your house does not necessarily mean that it is raining at the ballpark. Additionally, because our picnic area is tented, it is rare that a picnic does not occur when scheduled.
