The Wild Things intend to reach out to the community in a variety of ways, including fulfilling donation requests. The Wild Things are pleased to offer assistance to a wide variety of charitable/community organizations, youth baseball interests and schools, and we appreciate your interest in including the Wild Things in your event. Below are the procedures and guidelines regarding donations.

Procedures:
All donation requests must be submitted in writing at least six (6) weeks in advance of the event. No telephone requests will be accepted. Written requests must be submitted on the organization's official letterhead and include:

• Organization's name, address, and non-profit tax ID number
• Contact name, mailing address and phone number
• Type of event/program
• Day, Date, Time of event
• Location of event
• Who/what is benefiting from the funds raised

Because of the level of interest and enthusiasm surrounding the Wild Things and to the number of requests the team receives, the Wild Things will only be able to assist organizations once per calendar year. It should also be noted that the Wild Things will make every attempt to donate to all organizations in need, however, the sheer volume of requests make that difficult. The Wild Things will prioritize based on need and location, and will respond to requests one to two weeks prior to the event. Please do not hinge your event on an anticipated donation from the Wild Things.

All charitable donations will be granted directly to the organizations benefiting from the Wild Things' involvement. The Wild Things do not provide assistance through fundraising companies or third-party representatives.
